Goldman & Co. worked on a previously obtained planning permission to build a 2- storey extension towards the back of the house. In addition to building the new extension, the house was fully refurbished from quite destitute condition. Goldman & Co. managed the entire tender and construction process. The project was successfully completed on July 2011.
