Sofra

Sofra Covent Garden is the first ever-Turkish cuisine restaurant to open its doors to the public in Covent Garden almost 30 years ago. It is quite recognizable with a lovely white frontage to Tavistock Street.

 

Goldman & Co. investigated various elements of the existing layout to improve the space quality of this well-known branch.

 

Some of which include the replacement of the glazed roof to the first-floor garden while designing a new atmosphere to the entire level. Also, Goldman & Co. investigated new ancillary layouts to maximize productivity and aesthetic quality to the property.

 

Works such as new lighting to the entrance and removal of ventilation circulation system has been completed.
